Happily Ever After!

Sorry for the lag in posts. This project took me a WEEK to complete! :) But I LOVE the final product! Just makes me smile with all its pinkness! hehe! I created my own pattern for this accordian folded castle card! I just looked at some castles online and drew my own! Cute little punch art characters (also my own design) and lots of fun stickles glitter and VOILA .....a castle dreams are made of! :) Enjoy!

Here is my card for today! I enjoyed playing with my punches to make the acorn and the chalked leaves!:) I added words after the pictures and gave this one to my Pastor along with some homemade pumpkin muffins:)

Here is my card for today! :) I enjoyed playing with these colors! That oval punch idea for a flower came back again just cause it worked so well with the patterned paper :) TFL!

Happy Halloween!

Felt like getting into the spirit a little today! ;) Saw this folding idea and was inspired to try it out myself! :) The pumpkin is a jumbo circle punch with a jumbo oval popped up on top of that and slivers recut on the circle punch for the sides:) I pen stitched them and chalked them for more dimension. The I added the stem which is an upside down scary tree punch and gingham ribbon bow.  Enjoy! :)

I worked on this card all day long today! It was GLORIOUS! :) Got the tutorial to make the basic card from HERE

I pulled out my paper punches to make the flowers and my scallop scissors and 1/16th inch hold punch to put the holes in the scallops:)

No card today!

Im in the process of making one, but I was disrupted by the fact that Im not smarter than my sewing machine! HAHA! I tried and tried and tried to use it today for the first time on paper crafts (ok on ANYTHING) and it just didn't happen! :( Poor me! Poor sewing machine! Poor hubby who kept having to swoop in and save my machine! HA! So then I started a card WITHOUT sewing and its ALMOST finished...soooo hopfully, Ill be able to post that tomorrow!
